Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive space where clients can feel truly heard, understood, and valued. It provides an opportunity for personal growth, increased self-awareness, and the development of practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. In my work, I tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual, drawing from a variety of approaches including play therapy methods, sand tray therapy, art therapy techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a client-centered foundation. By integrating these approaches, I help clients express themselves in meaningful ways, process emotions, and build skills that support lasting well-being.

Therapy for Parents

Therapy for parents offers a supportive space to feel heard, understood, and valued as you navigate the challenges of parenting. It provides an opportunity for personal growth, deeper understanding of yourself and your child, and the development of practical tools you can use in everyday moments. Through our work together, I help parents strengthen their confidence, improve communication, and respond to their child’s needs with greater clarity and compassion. My goal is to empower you with skills that support both your well-being and your family’s growth, while ensuring your voice and experiences are always respected and heard. I also provide support for postpartum mothers as they adjust to the emotional and physical changes that come with new motherhood. Whether you are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, or the demands of caring for a newborn, therapy offers a space to process your experience, build coping strategies, and feel supported during this important transition.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a collaborative space where parents and children can come together to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and deepen their understanding of one another. It allows each family member to feel heard and valued while working toward shared goals in a supportive and guided environment. Through family therapy, individuals learn how to express their needs, practice healthy communication, and advocate for themselves and one another. Together, families build stronger connections, develop practical tools, and create patterns that support positive interactions at home. These skills extend beyond the therapy room, allowing families to experience meaningful growth and lasting change in their everyday lives.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach primarily used with children ages 3–12, while also offering meaningful benefits when incorporated with parents and in family therapy. Because children often express themselves more naturally through play than words, play therapy provides a safe and engaging way for them to communicate thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Through play, children can process emotions, build problem-solving skills, and develop healthy coping strategies. It supports emotional regulation, increases self-confidence, and helps children work through challenges such as anxiety, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

When used with parents and families, play therapy also strengthens relationships by improving communication, fostering connection, and helping caregivers better understand their child’s inner world. It creates opportunities for families to practice new skills together, build trust, and support growth both in and outside of sessions.
